Who we are

This website is operated by Smashing Bits Consulting AB (org.nr 559048-2526), Tumba, Sweden — the data controller for any processing described here. Contact: contact@smashingbits.se.

This statement covers the website only. The Jot app has its own privacy policy.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare from its edge network. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address. The site itself sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and collects nothing in your browser.

If you email us

Mail to our contact address is handled by Google Workspace, our email provider. We use your address and the content of your message only to respond to you, and keep the correspondence only as long as needed to handle the matter.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal data we hold about you, and object to or ask us to restrict its processing — email us at the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
